Jerry was born on March 31st, 1964, in Minneapolis St Paul, MN. He is much loved and dearly missed by his family and friends. Sadly Jerry committed suicide July 4th, 1993. I share this cause its Important to be honest about the way Jerry died so friends and family can offer appropriate support for each other.
