The last time I saw Lola M was lunch at their house in Fairlane Sub. She made broiled fish and rice wrapped in a banana leaf! Delectable and unforgettable! When will I ever have that dish again? I'm inspired to make it but mine will be a cheap imitation. Oh well. Also, she made the best orange marmalade! My favorite! I miss Lola M.
