Cheryl was born on April 29, 1967 in North Arlington, to parents Albert & Elouise Stover. She graduated from community college in Virginia with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding. She worked in multiple medical offices in Northern Virginia and moved to Norfolk, VA to pursue a career in healthcare; she excelled in her profession for years before returning to Arlington to assist and utilize the knowledge acquired.
Cheryl was a smart, social, active woman who was deeply involved in her community for the majority of her life. She showed love and appreciation to her family and was compassionate to anyone in need. She valued time spent with family and friends; she enjoyed entertaining while creating amazing dishes and engaging in amusing conversion. Her laughter was contagious with an unforgettable smile. She was an attentive auntie, nurturing sister and most of all, a caregiver for her elderly parents.
Cheryl leaves behind four brothers to cherish her memory: Albert Jr., Ronald, Chris and Bernie Stover. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert & Elouise Stover, of Arlington, VA. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory three Sisters-in-Law: Audrey, Dale and Tenesha Stover; two nieces: Chanel & Rhianna Stover, and; seven nephews: Darrick Jackson, Anthony Adkins, Daquan Stover, Rajuan Stover, Brandon Herbert, Terry Lee and Michael Daniels; Aunt, Geraldine Bell and four cousins: Robin LeFranacois, Marielle LeFranacois, Dominique LeFranacois, and Jeri Butler.
