Cheryl P.Stover was born to Albert & Elouise Stover on April, 29 1967. She was born and raised on North Dinwiddie St. in Arlington, VA. She was survived by her siblings: Albert Stover Jr., Ronald Stover, Chris Stover and Bernie Stover.Cheryl was a beautiful soul and is deeply missed. She was taken from us too soon.
On September 2, 2016, tragedy struck us all, as Cheryl was crossing I-95 in Newark; she was struck by oncoming vehicles, which instantly ended her life.
Cheryl the pearl my best friend oh Ihow I've mouse you you so now I'm missing you so you are the definition of a true friend your memorial service was beautiful here in Virginia the people that showed up really loved you they sung going up yonder I love you Cheryl until we meet again ???????? 
I'm so sorry for your loss Stover family. Cheryl and I were childhood friends and when I received this tragic news my heart is filled with pain. May god bless each and everyone of you during this sorrow time. I know she will be very much missed ??
